Parmeasan cheese (3); 100-Cal Chips Ahoy (2); Skinny Cow (2 ), 100-Cal Wheat Thins (2); 1/2 cup Great Granola (3); 1 cup Stonyfield Farm All Natural Fat Free Yogurt French Vanilla (3); 1 Borden String Cheese (2) TOTAL = 34.5 POINTS

Week of October 17, 2005

Monday:Spinning (45 minutes) Sick. Sick. Sick.

Tuesday: Personal Training session (60 minutes) Sick. Elliptical trainer (30 minutes) The training session was for 6 a.m. Tuesday and I cancelled Monday night to be on the safe side.

Wednesday: Tread n' Shread (45 minutes) I had the best of intentions last night, and truly thought I'd be up to snuff today. No dice. We try again tomorrow.

Thursday: Jogging with Glin Pup (20 minutes) Kickboxing (60 minutes) This is getting ridiculous. In my defense, my trainer called today and took one listen to my voice and told me to stay home. He and I are getting together tomorrow night.

Friday: Uhhhh ...

Saturday: Personal Training session (60 minutes). Elliptical trainer (30 minutes)

Sunday: Bikram yoga (90 minutes)

Daily Eats:

Monday: Sick. It was a day of chicken soup and crackers and orange sherbert.

Tuesday: Sick. I tried to eat healthy but I just wasn't hungry enough to make a huge effort. I had WW Shepherd's Pie for lunch and dinner.

Wednesday: Kashi Go Lean Vanilla Powdered Shake (1 scoop) w/ 1 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk (5.5 points); 1 serving Shepherd's Pie, 1 serving String Cheese, 11 almonds (8 points)l 1 serving Shepherd's Pie, Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (6 points). TOTAL = 19.5 POINTS

Thursday: Weight Watchers Fork split English muffin (1), egg (1), turkey bacon (1 slice), Kraft 2% Milk Reduced Fat Natural Shredded Cheese Shredded Sharp Cheddar Cheese (1 Tbsp) (4 points); Lean Cuisine Chicken and Peanut Sauce, raw spinach (1 cup ),broccoli and cauliflower (1 cup), hard-type goat cheese (1/2 oz.), Kraft Light Done Right Creamy French ( 2 Tbsp) (9.5 points); WW Recipe Black Bean Tostadas (2 1/2 servings), Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (1) (14 points). TOTAL = 27.5 POINTS

Friday: It wasn't bad or anything. I just forgot to mark it all.
