It was a day of chicken soup and crackers and orange sherbert. Tuesday: Sick. I tried to eat healthy but I just wasn't hungry enough to make a huge effort. I had WW Shepherd's Pie for lunch and dinner. Wednesday: Kashi Go Lean Vanilla Powdered Shake (1 scoop) w/ 1 Tbsp peanut butter and 1 cup Silk Vanilla Soymilk (5.5 points); 1 serving Shepherd's Pie, 1 serving String Cheese, 11 almonds (8 points)l 1 serving Shepherd's Pie, Skinny Cow ice cream sandwich (6 points).
