I hate squats
Training March 6 I am dreading lower body work and am glad that Friday is a rest day. Also, I'm supposed to do a long run on Saturday and cross train on Sunday but I'm switching that up. I want to take kickboxing for my cross train, and that's on Saturday mornings. Sunday is just an easier day to get in a run, as opposed to a class. I'm only lifting three days a week for now. |
