Q: Do you know what feels good?
A: Stepping on the scale in the morning, after you've had a hearty breakfast, wearing your flannel pajamas, and still learning that you've solidly lost another pound. Which puts you back into the 140s. I weighed in today at 149.5, which means it's a precarious state of affairs, but it's the 140s, nonetheless. 9.5 pounds to go. It might take me until the summer to lose it, it might take me until the end of the year. But it's a damn sight better than 162, which is where I was a year ago. Happy sailing on through the 140's - meet you on the other side. posted by: vickie at February 27, 2007 04:07 PM That's great, Erin. I'm looking to you for a little inspiration. After an all time high weight of 161 lbs about 5 years ago, I've been at 153 for about 4 years. I'm holding steady but I really should do something to reintroduce myself to the 140s which I saw for a brief time between 161 and 153. posted by: Christy at February 27, 2007 04:07 PM Erin-- posted by: Angela at February 27, 2007 08:39 PM Wow, I always weigh butt naked with no breakfast yet! You are doing so well, keep it up! posted by: Chris H at February 28, 2007 02:56 AM Way to go! I'm heading for that 249 mark myself, but then my goal weight is about 70 pounds higher than yours :) Keep going. Does it matter how long it takes? No. Just do it. My high was 159 (@ 5'3) & I am currently hovering just over 150 & I look forward to seeing the 140's again soon.... posted by: Karyn at March 6, 2007 10:52 AM
